ProLogis Park Wellingborough

This is a ProLogis development.

Formation and delivery of a new employment park fronting the A45, comprising 1,150,000 sq ft of built industrial development.

The scheme formed part of the larger 900 acre Wellingborough East Development, undertaken in partnership with the Borough Council and the Governement.

Buildings successfully delivered for Homebase, Monsoon and Kuehne & Nagel (Whitbread).

Our 540,000 sq ft building, which included a 60,000 sq ft freezer area and a 30,000 sq ft chilled zone, was installed and fully operational for Whitbread's arrival, despite the tight time-scales.
