Warehouse built on 35 acre site requiring 7,200 of pre-cast driven piles 16 meters long through Pulverised Fly Ash (PFA) lagoons to support the superstructure.
Warehouse built to 16 m to underside of haunch and included 25,000 sq ft offices, along with further office accommodation located over the dock pit area.
65m yard with 71 dock loading doors on a single face.
One-way circulatory system allowing separation of HGV’s and cars.
Works included the construction of two new roundabouts and link road from junction 3A, Fletton Parkway.
