ProLogis Park Kettering

This is a ProLogis development.

The creation and delivery of a new major 160 acre industrial park providing capacity for 2,200,000 sq ft of built development.

Recognised regionally as an important employment park with high profile buildings having been delivered for Argos, Bosch Siemens and Specsavers.

Completion of major infrastructure works and site re-profiling to provide quick-build serviced platforms ready for immediate development. Ground solution included surcharging, stabilisation, dynamic compaction and hard rock piling to the form building platforms.

Original fall of 15m across the site. Buildings completed and warranted to defined movement floor slab specification.

Delivery of 700,000 sq ft in a single cross-docking warehouse let to Wincanton for Argos. £3,500,000 of fit-out works managed and integrated. Early access provided in 28 weeks.

Fastrack build of 427,500 sq ft warehouse for Bosch Siemens, including fit-out with ESFR compliant sprinkler system.
