First Industrial Developments was formed by a highly regarded team from ProLogis. Prior to forming First Industrial, the team had collectively been involved in delivering over 14,000,000 sq ft of industrial space, ranging in building size from 25,000 to over 1,000,000 sq ft. The team has worked with a wide range of customers including Sainsbury’s, Bosch Siemens, DHL, Wincanton, TEVA, M&S and Debenhams.

- Back-to-back land purchase and pre-let to TEVA Pharmaceuticals
- 262,000 sq ft warehouse with 60,000 sq ft Grade A headquarter office
- Managed and integrated £6,000,000 of bespoke customer fit-out works
ProLogis Park Wellingborough
- Formation and delivery of a new employment park fronting the A45, comprising over 1.1 million sq ft of built industrial development
- Buildings successfully delivered for Homebase, Monsoon & Kuehne & Nagel (Whitbread)
