Regeneration of 79 acre former Dunlop Tyre Factory in Birmingham, including the delivery of a new 550,000 sq ft facility for Goodyear.

Phased demolition and integration of remediation strategy to provide continuity of trade for Goodyear, whilst the new facility was being built.

Soil heavily impacted with hydrocarbon contamination and heavy metals. Substantive on site remediation works, including advanced in-situ bio-remedial treatment.

Complex service decommissioning, diversion works and new supply. Many old services having no record of their installation or routing.

Re-use and re-cycling of demolition materials to minimise carbon footprint.

Close working relationship with the Environment Agency and Regulative Authorities.
