First Industrial Appoints New Development Director

It has been confirmed that Richard Pettifor will join First Industrial as Development Director. Richard resigns as Head of Real Estate and Equity Partner of HBJ Gateley Wareing in Birmingham. Richard is probably best known in the market for his work with Parkridge and Astral Developments.
