Former ProLogis man Carter-Wall joins First Industrial:
Promotion for Taylor as Hall hands over reigns
It has been confirmed that Peter Carter-Wall will join First Industrial as Construction Director. Peter had previously worked at ProLogis UK alongside Fergie Taylor in the project management team. Matthew Byrom, Managing Director of First Industrial comments "….we're all extremely pleased to have someone the quality of Peter join our company. Peter brings to the business nearly 20 years experience in the construction and project management sector and will help ensure that our projects are completed to the highest standards". Prior to ProLogis, Peter had previously worked as Project Manager at McDonalds.
In line with plans, Ken Hall will step down later this year with Fergie Taylor becoming head of both Construction & Project Delivery. Terry Lister, Chairman of First Industrial remarks "...we'll continue to recruit best in class talent to drive the business forward."
