First Industrial opens new Warwick Office
First Industrial has opened a new office at Tournament Fields in Warwick. The building is located just minutes from J15, M40 with Warwick Parkway Railway Station nearby. Richard Pettifor, Director at First Industrial, comments “...with the business expanding we needed more space to work. The building is arranged over two floors, with meeting rooms on one level and our work space on the next”. Wayne Jones, Managing Director of Jones Architecture & Design remarks “....we wanted to create a modern and light space, with a focus on detail and finish. I’m very pleased with the result”.
The building will also be home to the Group’s new sustainable energy company, First Renewable, which is due to launch later this year.
