Richard Pettifor - Development & Funding Director
Richard Pettifor is Director in charge of development delivery and funding. He has direct responsibility for the identification and promotion of strategic land opportunities, along with the management of existing and new funding capital. In addition, Richard has a role in providing technical support to the delivery team, having had over 20 years experience in the development field.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Richard was Head of Real Estate at Gateley Wareing, where he was an equity partner and board member. In the last 10 years Richard has overseen the delivery of over 5,000 acres of industrial land, having worked with a number of leading developers including Kingspark, Astral Developments, ProLogis and Parkridge Holdings.
