Oliver Bertram - Development Director
Oliver Bertram is a Development Director at First Industrial and works with a variety of development partners from land purchase through to final delivery. Oliver specialises in the occupational build-to-suit market, working closely with a select group of companies to deliver bespoke building packages. Oliver has a very personable approach to business and has earned a reputation for his commitment to customer service.
Before joining First Industrial, Oliver worked for ProLogis in the highly successful national development team with Matthew Byrom. Following the completion of a number of high profile projects, Oliver is now well recognised within the sector with established links to the wider property market. He has previously worked for King Sturge.
