Matthew Byrom - Managing Director
Matthew Byrom is Managing Director of First Industrial with responsibility for the identification of new business opportunities, land purchases and customers’ build-to-suit requirements. Since forming First Industrial, Matthew has continued to build on his reputation for the delivery of major development projects throughout the UK. Matthew has a creative and entrepreneurial approach to business with a wide range of interests, including those in the renewable energy sector, where he sits on the board of First Renewable.
Matthew is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with a 1st Class degree in Estate Management. He has previously worked for Knight Frank, Wilson Bowden and ProLogis.
