Matthew Byrom - Managing Director
Matthew Byrom is Managing Director of First Industrial with responsibility for the identification of new business opportunities, land purchases and customers’ build-to-suit requirements. Since forming First Industrial, Matthew has continued to build on his reputation for the delivery of major development projects throughout the UK.
Fergie Taylor - Head of Project Delivery Director
Fergie Taylor is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all First Industrial’s development projects. Over the last 20 years he has gained an enviable reputation in the market, with an unparalleled track record for the delivery of large-scale buildings and major infrastructure projects.
Oliver Bertram - Development Director
Oliver Bertram is a Development Director at First Industrial and works with a variety of development partners from land purchase through to final delivery. Oliver specialises in the occupational build-to-suit market, working closely with a select group of companies to deliver bespoke building packages
Richard Pettifor - Development & Funding Director
Richard Pettifor is Director in charge of development delivery and funding. He has direct responsibility for the identification and promotion of strategic land opportunities, along with the management of existing and new funding capital.
Chris Gardner - Finance Director
Chris Gardner is Finance Director for First Industrial with overall responsibility for the financial management of the Group. Having worked alongside Terry Lister for nearly 20 years at the Listers Group, Chris has successfully managed and presided over a period of unprecedented growth.
Peter Carter-Wall - Construction Director
Peter Carter-Wall is in charge of the on-site delivery and quality control of all construction projects at First Industrial. Peter has over 20 years experience in the project management sector and now specialises in the delivery of large-scale industrial buildings, site infrastructure & remediation.
