Fergie Taylor is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all First Industrial’s development projects. Over the last 20 years he has gained an enviable reputation in the market, with an unparalleled track record for the delivery of large-scale buildings and major infrastructure projects. Fergie has procured an extensive range of new-build industrial space for a variety of blue-chip customers.
Formerly head of Construction and Project Management for ProLogis UK, Fergie was instrumental in establishing the ProLogis supply chain and project management platform. Fergie is now recognised as one of the leading delivery directors in the market, with a keen interest in sustainable design. Prior to moving into development, Fergie worked for a leading building / civil engineering contractor.
